Links to people and things we love.
This page has links to a selection of all our favourite websites, favourite charitable causes and even our favourite people. We've also decided to have a Short Movie Choice selection at the bottom the page so we can share some great videos with Browncoats all over the world. If you have any video suggestions, or would like us to feature a link to a specific website, online forum or charitable cause - then please get in touch.

In honour of Joss Whedon, we're always donating our profits to help his favourite charity end violence and discrimination against girls and women worldwide. Scarily 1 in 3 women will be attacked in their lives, so if we help prevent even one tragic event it will have been worth it. Plus we get to give support to an under-appreciated and under-funded organisation fighting the good fight against evils in the world. We love and donate to lots of other charities too of course, but this one just seems to fit. Plus, if it's important for Joss Whedon, it's certainly important for us.

Over 50 cities worldwide have committed to screening the movie SERENITY again in 2008, helping to raise muchos cashos for charity in the process. Check the website for all the details and marvel at the dedication and passion that lives in this Browncoat community. Us Fireflystore types will be heading down to an event near us, but please try and support your local screening wherever you are in the 'Verse - there should be one near you. Let's make Joss even more proud!
www.propstore.com
Great bunch of guys with an enviable ever-growing collection of props and goodies for sale, as seen on fillm and TV. Check out their Serenity items and start drooling away at the pretties.

Home to one of the best all-inclusive convention organisations around. Especially known for their great and very late parties, Serenity Infinity and Decalogy events are on the way with a chance to meet the cast. Look out on the site for a decent (if a little loony) set of message boards too.
www.wizkidsgames.com
These guys will always be the Heroes of their HeroClix series to us... their love and support for the charity work we do has been nothing short of awesome. Admittedly they've been bashed into submission by a couple of our friendly volunteers, but nevertheless we thank them dearly. We are also happy to pimp the excellent gaming ranges that can be seen on their website too.
www.jamesmarsterslive.com
James Marsters is known to millions of fans as 'Spike' from Buffy and Angel, as well as being an accomplished performer on stage musically. As a mark of gratitude for all the support, help and donated items he has given to Fireflystore for charity, James is also now an honorary Browncoat, along with his mates at Robot Promotions! Make sure you check out the website for the latest on James and his career, how to get hold of official merchandise, touring information and everything else about the man.
www.quantummechanix.com
Taking the internet by storm of late, these guys are banging out some quality licensed replica goodness for sure. Bank notes, blueprints, dog tags and plenty more to come - make sure you join their mailing list on the site to keep fully up to date of everything!
www.donetheimpossible.com
Fan-tastic documentary detailing the turbulent but always pleasurable relationship between Browncoats and Firefly, the show we hold so dear. More specifically, it celebrates the fact that Serenity was made into a movie against all the odds - and still totally rocked!

If you've got a spare 60 mins on a train, at home, in the car... do yourself a favour and invite Wendy, Toni, Michael, Andrew and Andrew to fill the silence and boredom. Podcast with friendly banter and entertaining chats.
(Check out a particularly dodgy interview with FireflyStore in show #6!)
www.cancerresearch.org.uk
Not a lot to say really, other than by purchasing our items and donating money, together we will beat the terrible universal disease called cancer.

UK Browncoats Forum.... where all the cool people hang out, honest. C'mon over to say hello and join in the fun!
www.alantudykonline.com
If you like Alan Tudyk, this should be on your 'frequent visits' list for sure. Also helps to raise money and the profile of multiple sclerosis and its sufferers.
www.collectormania.com
If you haven't heard of these guys and you live in the UK - where have you been, the outer planets?! Check out their website for loads of famous guests, and hassle them for more Firefly guestage!
www.outotheblack.com
Home of the classic and much-loved Browncoat bag and original shirt, amongst other lovely items. Sue Regonini is the lovely lady who supplies us in bulk so we can sell a few of her items in the UK to those fans reluctant to deal with overseas trading and shipping.
www.myspace.com - Genetichigh
Ummm...okay, one of our good mates but he's also a great singer, musician and writer. Check out the player below for proof and to preview his latest album - then get a CD for £6-£8 before he hits the bigtime anyday nowish.

Short Movie Choice #9
These Boots are made for walkin' - KaleidoKatie (editor)
Long overdue update to this section - and it's a corker. Short? Yes. Sweet? Yes. Cracking video? Heck yes. We never saw River Tam as a Nancy Sinatra fan, but she might own her records. Either way, those boots were surely made for walking as well as kicking ass. Without a doubt we reckon this is the 2nd best use of Nancy's classic song after Full Metal Jacket. But that film didn't have a genius young pyschic woman who can take on Reavers single-handed and still look cute doing it. Or did it?!
Anyhow, enough gassing - here's the vid:
